iOS Privacy Policy

Pixel Arcade Studio ("we," "our," or "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and disclose information when you play Jump Dash: Pixel Escape on iOS devices via the Apple App Store.

1. Information We Collect (iOS)

We adhere to Apple's App Store privacy requirements. The game may collect:

  • Gameplay Analytics: Anonymous usage data (level completion, scores, session length) to improve gameplay experience. No personal identifiers are linked.
  • Leaderboard Data: With your consent, your Game Center nickname and scores are stored to display global rankings.
  • Device Information: Model, iOS version, and crash logs (via Apple's Crash Reporter) to optimize performance.
  • Advertising ID (IDFA): Only if you grant permission via App Tracking Transparency, we may serve personalized ads. You can opt out at any time in iOS settings.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use collected data to: (a) operate and improve the game, (b) provide leaderboard features, (c) deliver relevant advertisements if consented, (d) fix bugs and enhance stability, and (e) comply with legal obligations.

3. Third-Party Services (iOS)

We utilize Apple Game Center for leaderboards & achievements. No third-party SDKs access personal data without your opt-in consent. For analytics, we use Apple's SkAdNetwork to measure campaign effectiveness without tracking individual users.

4. Data Storage & Security

All data is stored locally on your device or encrypted in Apple's iCloud (for Game Center). We implement industry-standard security measures to prevent unauthorized access.

5. Children’s Privacy (COPPA Compliance)

Jump Dash: Pixel Escape does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe we have inadvertently collected such data, contact us to delete it immediately.

6. Your Rights (iOS Users)

You can reset your advertising identifier or disable tracking via Settings → Privacy → Tracking. You may also delete game data by uninstalling the app.

7. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy occasionally. Continued use of the game after changes constitutes acceptance. Significant updates will be notified via App Store release notes.

Google Play Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy describes how Pixel Arcade Studio handles your information when you download and play Jump Dash: Pixel Escape from the Google Play Store on Android devices. We are committed to transparency in accordance with Google Play's User Data policy.

1. Data Collection on Android

We collect the following categories of data as disclosed in Google Play’s Data safety section:

  • App interactions & diagnostics: Crash logs, performance data (via Firebase Crashlytics) — used solely for stability improvements.
  • Device or other IDs: Advertising ID (AAID) with your consent; used for showing contextual or non-personalized ads. You may reset or opt out via Google Settings.
  • Approximate location (optional): Only for localized leaderboard features, with explicit permission. You can deny without affecting core gameplay.
  • In-game activity: Score, progression, and settings to sync via Google Play Games Services (if signed in).

2. Use of Information (Google Ecosystem)

We use the collected data to: enhance gameplay experience, provide leaderboards & achievements via Google Play Games, show non-intrusive ads via AdMob (with consent), analyze crash reports, and comply with Google Play policies.

3. Third-Party SDKs (Android)

Our game integrates the following certified third-party services:

  • Google Play Games Services: Manages achievements, leaderboards, and saved games. Data is handled under Google’s Privacy Policy.

  • Firebase Crashlytics: Collects crash reports to improve app stability. No personally identifiable information is transmitted.

4. Children and Family Policy Compliance

Jump Dash: Pixel Escape is designed for general audiences. If the game is designated as "Designed for Families" in the future, we will ensure no behavioral advertising or collection of personal data from children under 13 without verifiable parental consent. We comply with Google's Families Policy Requirements.

5. User Controls & Data Deletion

Android users can:

  • Opt out of ad personalization: Settings → Google → Ads → Opt out of Ads Personalization.
  • Reset Advertising ID at any time from Google Settings.
  • Delete all game progress and associated data by clearing app data or uninstalling the game.

6. Data Retention & Security

We retain data only as long as necessary to provide gameplay and analytics. All data transmitted is encrypted (TLS). We apply security best practices to safeguard against unauthorized access.

7. International Transfers

As we operate globally, data may be processed in servers located in various countries. We ensure appropriate safeguards (e.g., standard contractual clauses) when transferring data outside your region.

8. Updates to This Policy

If we make material changes, we will notify you through the Google Play Store listing update or in-game notice. Your continued use of the game signifies acceptance.
